Terms and Conditions

Our full Terms and Conditions are published as a signed document, dated 27 May 2025. It covers booking, deposits, cancellation, access to private property, and the limits of what a detail can achieve on damaged paint.

Two conditions come up on almost every booking, so they are worth stating here as well: a deposit is required to secure your appointment and applies in full to your final price, and if the vehicle sits on private property you need written approval from the property manager before we arrive.
