What Is Included
The same three packages, sized for your Tesla
There's no separate Tesla menu and no Tesla markup. A Tesla gets the same Standard, Premium or Luxury detail as any car its size, priced by vehicle size.
A Standard Detail is the inside-and-out reset for a car that's kept up. A Premium Detail adds clay and iron decontamination, shampoo and extraction, steam, and a 3 to 4 month sealant. A Luxury Detail adds a machine polish and a 12-month ceramic-infused sealant.

Car Washes
Why a Tesla is better washed by hand
Tesla's own owner's manual tells you to use touchless car washes only, and warns that some touchless washes use caustic soaps that can discolor the exterior trim over time. Its newer Cybertruck guidance goes further and doesn't recommend automatic car washes at all.
That's why so many Teslas in the Valley have stained window trim. A hand wash at your home avoids the brushes and the harsh tunnel chemicals altogether, and you don't have to drive anywhere for it.
Inside A Tesla
Screens, white seats and vegan leather
Tesla seats are synthetic, not leather, and Tesla's manual says to keep solvents, alcohol, bleach, citrus and silicone products off them. It also says not to use glass cleaner on the touchscreen.
White seats are the one to be honest about. Tesla says dye from jeans can soak into the seat material over time and can't always be cleaned off safely. Most of it lifts. Some old denim stains only lighten, and I'll tell you which one you have before I start.
This Model 3 came to me with dried mud ground into the back seats. That's an Interior Reset: shampoo, hot water extraction and steam, not a vacuum job.

Paint And Coatings
Tesla paint, ceramic coating and what it won't do
Tesla paint has a reputation for being thin, and owners argue about it online. I measure the paint with a thickness gauge before any polishing, so your car gets a reading instead of a reputation.
A Tesla ceramic coating is the SunCoat 2, 5 or 10 year coating I put on any car, over a 1-step paint enhancement. The 5 and 10 year coatings are warrantied through SunCoat USA and registered to your vehicle's CARFAX record.
A coating makes the car easier to wash and keeps the gloss. It doesn't stop rock chips. That's paint protection film, which I don't install, and I'd rather tell you that than sell you a coating for a job it can't do.

Usually most of it lifts. Tesla says dye transfer can soak into the seat and can't always be removed safely, so older stains sometimes only lighten. I'll tell you which you have before starting.
If you plan to keep the car and want it easier to wash, usually yes. It doesn't stop rock chips; paint protection film does that, and I don't install film.
A Standard Detail takes about 80 minutes on a Model 3 and close to 2 hours on a Model X. A Premium Detail takes about 3 hours on a Model 3 and about 4 on a Model X.

Two things to sort out when you book
A deposit secures your slot
Every appointment requires a deposit, applied in full to your final price. Detailing takes a block of hours per vehicle, so the deposit is how we hold that time for you rather than overbooking the day.
You don't need to stay for the whole service - just be there at the start for the walkthrough and at the end for the handoff.
Private property needs pre-approval
If your vehicle is at an office building, apartment complex or HOA-managed property, please get written approval from the landlord or property manager before your appointment.
We've been asked to leave parking lots mid-service more than once. Confirming access up front means your detail finishes properly instead of being cut short.
