Tyroo West runs TailorMade and does the work. There's no rotating crew and no subcontracting: the walkthrough at the start, the detailing in between and the handoff at the end are all the same person.
That's also why the schedule is deliberate rather than packed. Every appointment takes a block of hours on one vehicle, which is the reason for the deposit and the reason nothing gets rushed to fit another car in.
Most of the work is in Woodland Hills and Calabasas, and a good share of it's repeat customers in those two cities.

Certified, insured and on the record
SunCoat USA certified. The five and ten year ceramic coatings carry a SunCoat USA warranty, registered against your vehicle so the protection follows the car rather than the owner.
Fully insured. Certificate available on request.
Reported to CARFAX. Completed services attach to your vehicle's CARFAX history, which turns detailing into documented maintenance rather than a receipt in the glovebox.
California doesn't license auto detailers, so nobody in this trade can honestly claim to be licensed. We would rather tell you that than let the word do work it hasn't earned.

Two things to sort out when you book
A deposit secures your slot
Every appointment requires a deposit, applied in full to your final price. Detailing takes a block of hours per vehicle, so the deposit is how we hold that time for you rather than overbooking the day.
You don't need to stay for the whole service - just be there at the start for the walkthrough and at the end for the handoff.
Private property needs pre-approval
If your vehicle is at an office building, apartment complex or HOA-managed property, please get written approval from the landlord or property manager before your appointment.
We've been asked to leave parking lots mid-service more than once. Confirming access up front means your detail finishes properly instead of being cut short.
